Can I get a Custom Order? 

Of course you can! If you don’t see a Collection with your desired color scheme, just reach out to us and we can make it happen. We love new ideas and designing for custom color palettes.

Once I book my Collection, what are payment terms? 

Half down of your total cost is due at the time of booking, the remainder is due 4 weeks out from your Big Day. 

What about Shipping Costs? 

We charge a flat rate of 10% of total purchase, just to make things easy peasy. Also, we provide a pre-paid return label, just adhere this to the original boxes the florals arrived in and drop at your local Fed Ex.  

How long is the Rental Period? 

The Rental Period is 5 days TOTAL. Your flowers will arrive 2 days before your event date, and are required to be returned 2 days after your Big Day in the original boxes with the pre-paid postage label provided. A late fee of $100 per day will be charged for any days past the 5 days.  

What if I have to cancel or reschedule? 

Deposits are non-refundable due to the fact we have reserved those florals for the date in question. However, if you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact us at tina@velvetvineflorals.com and we will be sure to accommodate.  

So, what if an item is damaged or lost? 

A “lost” item will be charged 3 times the rental price due to non-return and your card on file will be charged accordingly. Also, a damaged item will be assessed once the item is returned. If it is deemed “damaged beyond repair”, it will also be charged 3 times the rental price to replace the damaged item. 

Is it possible to pick up my flowers in person? 

Of course you can, and we would love to meet you! We have 2 pickup locations, Charlotte, NC & Knoxville, TN. Just let us know and we will accommodate! 

Do you offer Packages? 

Most certainly! Our “Bundle” packages offer a discounted rate and will be adequate décor for an average size wedding including Bridal Party, Ceremony, plus Reception.  

Do you offer Large Scale Designs for Rental? 

Do we ever?! We love a large statement piece and have several available for rent. Full floral arbors, urns, + free standing pieces are available to rent, however these pieces are for Pickup Only at our Charlotte, NC & Knoxville, TN locations.
